Welcome to Obimax Printing and Branding. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services Offered

Obimax Printing and Branding provides professional printing, branding, website design, company registration, vehicle branding, signage, and stationery services for weddings and events. We aim to deliver high-quality products that meet your specific requirements.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website, via email, or in person are subject to acceptance by Obimax Printing and Branding. We reserve the right to decline any order if it does not meet our service criteria or if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

  • Standard Payment Terms: A 70% deposit is required upfront to initiate any work. The remaining 30% balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery of the final product or service.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, EFT, and other methods communicated to you during the order process.
  • No work will commence until the deposit has been confirmed. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellations of your order.

4. Turnaround and Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all projects and orders within the agreed-upon timeframes. Standard turnaround times are as follows:

  • Printing Services: 3-7 business days after approval of the final proof.
  • Website Design: Turnaround depends on the scope of work, typically 2-6 weeks.
  • Signage & Vehicle Branding: 2-10 business days after design approval.

Please note that delivery timelines may be subject to change depending on the complexity of the order or external factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Proofing and Approval

Before printing or production begins, we will provide digital proofs for your approval. It is your responsibility to review these proofs for errors in text, layout, or design. Once the proof is approved, any subsequent changes will incur additional charges. Obimax Printing and Branding is not responsible for any errors found after the final proof has been approved.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.
  • Orders can be picked up from our offices, or we can arrange delivery to your specified location.
  • Delivery Time: Local deliveries typically take 2-3 business days after the order is complete. For remote or international deliveries, shipping times may vary, and additional fees may apply.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order to avoid any charges.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • If an order is canceled after production begins, you will be responsible for the cost of any work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Returns and Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with your order due to a printing error or defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and, if necessary, reprint or replace the order. Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a quality issue resulting from our production process.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content created by Obimax Printing and Branding remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our work without prior consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Obimax Printing and Branding will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount of the order placed.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or transportation delays.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review the terms periodically.
